WHAT WE DO

At Gomez Design Studio, we have a passion for designing with waste. We see waste as a precious resource and since most of it will outlive us, we’d rather find new ways to give it purpose.

Our team collects, sorts and prepares lumber from discarded construction waste along with various other materials such as plastic, textiles, ceramic and stone. We then use this material as new stock to create our own line of sustainable product or we use it as new raw material for workshops and redistribution.

Closing the Loop

The mission of our brand is to create a closely knit community around waste reclamation. Building partnerships with local businesses and residents who seek hands-on involvement in the process while also enriching our community through education, allows the act of recycling to become a more human-forward and tactile experience.
